All of our products are designed against planned obsolescence. Our din-rail mounted
component based hardware design allows for easy replacement of any component in
our NEMA rated boxes. Each new hardware release will fit in each of the previous
versions. Installation time takes just minutes. A simple whip antenna only needs to be
provided with an unobstructed view of the sky. No towers, radio surveys, engineering or additional real estate are required.

Unlike your typical control PC software, High Tide Technologies "TelemetryView"
software can be accessed by your entire staff. Multiple user access privileges provide
unsurpassed access from any internet enabled computer. You can view the status of
your system from home, office, vacation, even on a web enabled cell phone. The system provides you with the current status of your operations. The software's unique graphical tools highlight the operation of your equipment enabling you to detect problems before they occur. The alarm functions deliver the notices to your cell phone and email via text message; or provide a call out feature via land line. Alarm history is kept on all the units for historical reference. All of your data is kept in our historical database and placed in time based reports.

High TideTechnologies Communication Platforms

We are a Value Added Reseller of the Orbcomm Satellite Network. A commercial low earth orbit system of multiple satellites and multiple ground stations which communicate data and commands bi-directionally from our hardware and servers, the system provides the user a unique M2M solution. It is an extremely reliable network and it performs even in inclement weather.

We also offer GSM cellular data communications through the available vendors communicating data and commands bi-directionally from our hardware and servers. Reliable networks utilized world-wide.

In 2010, we added the ability to utilize a customer's own Ethernet service to transmit and receive data and commands bi-directionally from our hardware and servers. As most treatment plants now have internet access, High Tide Technologies utilizes this communication platform to eliminate the need for expensive HMI software licenses.
