New Web Software Release

As we move to our new server, we would like to highlight some of the new features. The new server has one url (mytelemetryview.net) for every user to access. As you log in, you will be routed to your home page. Your home page will provide an overview of your system with active alarms, current readings, and a map of your sites. Graphs and reports are now much more dynamic. The new graphs provide a sub graph with months of data. Just highlight a section on the sub graph, and the data will appear on the main graph. Reports are now generated per request. You can generate reports for any time frame desired. To allow for varying levels of access we have provided four types of users. Administrators can create users. Supervisors can change key settings. Operators can acknowledge alarms. Viewers can view data only. Alarm settings allow you to set how and when you would like to receive alarms. You can choose to receive alarms via voice, text, or email. We have also added alarm levels and nagging options when alarms are not acknowledged. Each alarm has a viewable history of when and to whom it was sent. Finally we have added a no communication alarm that will alarm if a unit hasn't reported in a configured number of hours.
