TelemetryVIEW is High Tide Technologies' web based software. Similar to most industry standard "Human Machine Interface" software, TelemetryVIEW can be accessed on any Internet enabled computer or mobile device by multiple users from different locations.
What is the cost of TelemetryVIEW?
The cost of the software is included in the price of the hardware unit(s). Web hosting and customer service fees are combined in the low annual comminucation packages paid on the same annual basis. Contact your High Tide Technologies' distributor for more information.
Is there a license fee for the use of TelemetryVIEW?
There are no license fees for the use of TelemetryVIEW software, unlike some typical HMI software offerings. The software will never go obsolete from aging operating systems such as WindowsXP, etc. Never buy an HMI Software License again!

What Features are Included with TelemetryVIEW?
TelemetryVIEW software provides the current status of water pumps and tank levels, alarm state of sanitary sewer pumps, wet well levels and high float status. The software has excellent graphing tools to analyze analog data such as tank levels, turbidity, wet well level, flow rate, etc. The software sends alarms via text and voice to cell phones and E-Mail.

TelemetryVIEW monitors the status of Digital alarms such as pump failures or High/Low analog signals and issues alarms via text or voice to designated operators. Each alarm can be acknowledged via text by pressing reply or by pressing (9) nine on your phone. This action will turn off the alarm and keep a history of the operator whom acknowledged along with a date and time stamp. The software can be set up to send the alarm again at timed intervals if no acknowledgement has been received. The software provides for alarm rollover if the first recipient fails to acknowledge the alarm. It also provides the ability to set up personnel shifts to direct the alams to night and weekend personnel without disturbing the daytime workforce.

TelemetryVIEW keeps alarm history on every field unit, along with the operator whom acknowledged said alarm. Reports of the stored data can be generated in spreadsheet format for any time interval and simply printed on the users equipment. Need a custom report?
